Refunds

To return an item that has been purchased, please contact us via email at support@jevglam.com within 30 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our store at your own expense within 30 days and the item must be unused with the original tag and no stains.

In case you received a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence *to support@jevglam.com within 2days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange:

  • Jewelry
  • Items bought at discount of 50% or more off the original price.
  • Waist trainers

Missing Order: In case a package is delivered based on tracking number update, but you did not receive the package you must submit a claim to the nearest shipping carrier directly.

If you experience any of the above scenarios, please report the issue within 5 business days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the products are deemed delivered and satisfactory.

No Refunds if:

Your order does not arrive due to incorrect address you provided.

Your order was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control e.g., natural disaster.

How To Request a Refund, Return or Exchange?

For any of the above request, it may be made in store, or you can contact us within 5 business days at support@jevglam.com .

After the claim is approved, the product must be returned to our store address or that appears on our website at your own expense.

The tracking number provided during the shipping of your product must be provided.

Once we receive the returned products, a replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be credited to your card or the method of payment. For us to process the refund, return or exchange a tracking number for the item must be provided.

Shipping & Delivery

We will continue to work hard to satisfy and keep our customers happy as we have always done by providing fast shipping of order as it is received.

How do you ship packages?

Packages ordered on our website from Monday to Friday before 1 pm Mountain time (MT) will be processed same day and delivered within 2 – 10 business days using Canada post or FedEx once payment is received. Order made on weekends and on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
